Natalie Babaniyi has over ten years of legal experience representing universities and colleges in a variety of issues covering immigration, contracting, and regulatory compliance. Natalie has a special place in her heart for immigration law and enjoys representing clients in all aspects of immigration law from bond hearings and asylum applications in removal proceedings to family-based petitions and provisional waivers.

Natalie is a passionate advocate for her clients and is happy to represent them during this ground-shaking period in immigration law. She is dedicated to staying current on all aspects of the law, policy and procedures that affect her clients’ cases and does her best to help her clients understand the immigration process. She has successfully represented clients in immigration courts and in proceedings before USCIS.

Natalie is Panamanian and speaks Spanish fluently.
